In my opinion, Prescott attorney Mark M. Moore is your quintessential scumbag (divorce) lawyer.
I don't blog about those in the private sector, but because Mark Moore put himself in the public sector, saying in open court that he helped write the Yavapai County (Family Law) Guidelines, he's fair game.
After a creepy bathroom encounter with this godless man (IMO) who's a 'Drama Queen' in court, I'm horrified. This man can indirectly ruin the lives of your children. That's not good.
